Gourmets at

Christ the King Church:
Cooking Camps for Kids!
This summer Growing Gourmets can choose from six cooking camps at the Fallbrook Community Center and/or Christ the King Church. All six camps offer your Growing Gourmet the opportunity to cook and have fun in the kitchen. Each camp is designed to promote the development of essential skills such as: following directions, team work, measurements, basic math, science and of course having FUN in a safe, hands on, child friendly environment. Each camp runs Monday-Thursday from 1:00-4:00pm or from 8:00-12:00. Every camper will bring home their compiled personal cook book on the last day of camp.
Growing
Gourmets- Culinary Creations Camp
In the Culinary Creations Camp Growing Gourmets will put their imaginations into high gear. With the help of the instructor they will come up with recipes for their own inspired creations. Easy, nutritional, fun and delicious age appropriate recipes will be prepared and brought home to share. Chefs will feast on their creations during camp.

I Can Cook!
Breakfast-Lunch-Dinner-Snack Camp
In the I Can Cook !
Breakfast-Lunch-Dinner-Snack Camp Growing Gourmets will learn how to
make their own tasty meals for any time of the day. The camp will also emphasis nutrition,
kitchen basics and safety. Chefs will
feast on their culinary treats during class.

Gourmets- Super Science Camp
In the Super Science Camp Growing Gourmets will make predictions and experiment with different ingredients as they explore the science behind cooking.

August 11- Great Balls of Gluten!
August 12- The taste buds have it!
Time: 1-4 pm
